2. Free Delivery

Free delivery is available for orders with a value of £45 or more and applies to the following delivery methods:

• Royal Mail 48 Tracked
• Evri Standard

3. Order Processing Time

Orders placed before 2:00 PM are dispatched on the same Business Day.

Orders placed after 2:00 PM or during weekends are dispatched on the next Business Day.

4. Shipment Tracking

Once the order has been dispatched, the Customer will receive an email containing the tracking number. The shipment status can be checked at any time via the carrier’s website.

5. Additional Information

• Delivery is available within the United Kingdom only.
• If the recipient is unavailable, the courier or Royal Mail may leave the parcel in a safe place or provide further collection instructions.
