1. Right of Withdrawal (Cooling-off Period)
In accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, Consumers have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order, without giving any reason.
Complaints may be submitted within the time limits set out in the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
2. Conditions for Accepting Returns
Returned products must:
- be unused,
- be in original, undamaged packaging,
- include all components of the set,
- have intact seals and hygiene protections.

4. Return Shipping
The cost of return shipping is borne by the Customer. We recommend using Royal Mail Tracked services.
5. Refunds
After receiving and verifying the returned products (within up to 5 Business Days), we will refund:
- the price of the product,
- the cost of standard delivery (if applicable).
6. Damaged or Faulty Products
If a product is damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, attaching photographic evidence.
7. B2B Returns
Statutory withdrawal rights apply exclusively to Consumers. For B2B Customers, returns may be accepted at the Store’s discretion within 14 days.
